The Challenge WE discovered
In over 500 transformation projects, we saw the same pattern again and again: Executives hired people based on credentials. Teams assembled based on availability. Projects started with high expectations.
Then reality hit: The person with the perfect resume couldn't handle the project's complexity. The team had no experience with the specific challenge. Communication broke down because nobody understood what was actually needed.
The root cause wasn't planning. It was capability intelligence. Organizations didn't know what they actually needed. And professionals couldn't prove what they could actually deliver.
